<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a large amount of information irrespective of the size, material, location and the like of care labels. <P>SOLUTION: When a two-dimensional code on the care label 4 is read and information is exchanged between a cellphone 2 and an information delivery server 3 according to a URL address represented by the two-dimensional code, a website is displayed on a display screen of the cellphone 2. When an item, "How to wash", is selected from the display items of the website, a washing information requesting webpage is displayed on the display screen of the cellphone 2. When a JAN code is input in a JAN code input part of the webpage and an inquiry button part is clicked, a washing information providing webpage is displayed on the display screen of the cellphone 2.
