PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance user convenience in recognizing a vehicle position. SOLUTION: The vehicle position display device comprises a vehicle 6, a radio receiver 8 provided in the vehicle 6, and a portable radio transmitter 7 for transmitting a position display start signal 9 and a position display stop signal 11 to the radio receiver 8. The vehicle 6 is provided with a position display means 14 (14A, 14B) for displaying the position of the vehicle 6 and a control part 13 for transmitting the signal received by the radio receiver 8 to the position display means 14. When the radio receiver 8 receives the position display start signal 9, the control part 13 starts position display of the vehicle 6 using the position display means 14. When the radio receiver 8 receives the position display stop signal 11, the control part 13 stops the position display of the vehicle 6 using the position display means 14.
