PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection even when the address of a connecting destination is frequently changed. SOLUTION: The information processor 10A having a server function of providing one or more services to the client device 10B through a communication network comprises: a UUID generation part 62 which generates a service ID of each service to identify each service and associates the ID with each service; a UUID transfer part 64 which transmits the service ID to the client device 10B through the communication network; and a service execution part 56 which connects, upon receipt of a service connection inquiry from the client device 10B, a service specified by the client device 10B of the inquiry source and the service ID contained in the service connection inquiry.
