PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-button switching arrangement wherein a requirement for a large and thin operation face is satisfied. SOLUTION: In this push-button switching arrangement, a push-button part 72 to pressingly operate a switch body 2 is made larger by using an adaptor 3 than a size corresponding to the switch body 2. The push-button part 72 includes a push-button body part 72a, and an outward flange part 72b. The switch body 2 includes a switch body case, an operating body 70 disposed in the switch body case, made vertically movable conjointly with the push-button part 72, and energized upward, and a switch part disposed in the switch body case and turned on and off by downward movement of the operating body. The adaptor 3 is vertically movable along the peripheral surface of the switch body 2, and includes a bottom face part 3a on which the push-button part 72 is placed, a guide part 3b to guide the push-button part, and a rectangular cylindrical part 3c.
