PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent floor decorative material of high safety and design prevented from being turned up by minimizing the influence of wind upon the floor decorative material. SOLUTION: The floor decorative material 1 is provided with a windshield plate 13 covering a side face. The windshield plate 13 is turnable with its upper edge part adhesively fixed to one side face of a floor decorative material body 11. In constituting a floor 2 by covering a floor face 3 with a plurality of floor decorative materials 1, the floor decorative material bodies 11 with the windshield plates 13 are arranged at the outer peripheral edge part of the floor 2.
