PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of an attic capable of regulating the amount of ventilation. SOLUTION: A ventilation line of a building 11 has a coping vent passage 45 formed between the upper end of an external wall panel 30 and a coping 40, and a wall body internal vent passage 36 formed in the external wall panel 30, and serves for communication between the attic 25 and the outdoors. An upper end back face of the external wall panel 30 is provided with a ventilation port 35. A ventilation damper mechanism 55 adjusting the opening area of the ventilation port 35 is mounted to the lower face of an upper frame runner 34 arranged at the upper end of the external wall panel 30. The ventilation damper mechanism 55 comprises an actuator 60 and a ventilation damper body 61. The opening control of the ventilation damper body 61 is performed by a control device 70 through the actuator 60 based on each detected information detected by temperature sensors 71A, 71B and humidity sensors 72A, 72B.
