PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system which can prevent, as much as possible, the illegal actions by employees who use a storing memory medium that is issued when prize exchange is stopped. SOLUTION: If a storing receipt which stores the number of residual balls that is equal or less than a predetermined number (normally which is not issued frequently) is issued, a POS terminal determines that there is the possibility of an illegal action by an employee and warns that a number of residual balls in the storing receipt is equal or less than a storing abnormal number of balls.
