<p>[PROBLEMS] To reinforce the welded position of outer circumferential wall by preventing local buckling, and to prevent cracking at the welded position of outer circumferential wall even when an impact is applied laterally due to collapse of an adjoining structure, for example, upon occurrence of earthquake. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A columnar structure (5) is provided vertically on the inside of the circumferential welding positions (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) of steel plates (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), both inner surfaces of two steel plates bonded at the circumferential welding positions (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) and the side face of the columnar structure (5) are bonded, a central columnar structure (6) is provided vertically in the center of the inner cavity of the outer circumferential wall (1), and a plurality of reinforcing arms (9) having one end bonded to the side face of the columnar structure (5) and the other end bonded to the side face of the central columnar structure (6) are provided at the same height as the vertical welding positions (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) of the steel plate.</p> |
