<p>Food cooking system composed by a roller fixed to a basis. The roller has holes in all the circumference and it is closed at the extremities with a hinged door provided with a closure. At the extremities of the roller there are two pivots- to sustain it during the rotation; they allow the roller to maintain the position during its rounding.</p>
