A method for the preparation of honey-containing alcoholic beverages provides filtration of water through activated coal, softening thereof, preparation of varietal wine by mixing water with rectified ethyl alcohol, filtration and purification of varietal wine on coal -purification battery and incorporation of prescribed ingredients, among them there is honey, keeping, control filtration and bottling. The honey is added in the form of honey syrup obtained after mixing honey with prepared water at a ratio of 1:4-8. Further, the method provides heating at the temperature of 35-45 DEGREE C during 1-5 hours at thorough mixing, precipitation, decantation and filtration. |
