FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: compound has structure: 5'ugaagggugaaauauucuc-Z3' 3'Z'-acuucccacuuuauaagag5', where constituting it ribonucleotides can be both 2'-O-Me-modified by sugar residue and non-modified. A Z and Z', if present, means dTdT, which is covalently bound on 3'- chain end. Claimed invention also relates to pharmaceutical composition, containing claimed compound and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
