FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing of solid combustible minerals (SCM) for production of bitumen and bitumen-free SCM. Method includes treatment of SCM with a non-mixing with water mixture of organic solvents containing from 1 to 99% of spirits S4-S5. Elements of mixture are able to create heteroazeotrope with water boiling at a temperature lower, than the boiling temperature of the mixture. The process is carried out at presence of water solved acids (sulphur, phosphorus, hydrochloric, oxalic, aryl sulphonic acid etc.) at the temperature of boiling of the reaction mass with continual withdrawal of water in form of water layer of distilled off heteroazothrope till it stops to be distilled off. At that the ratio of SCM and solvent mixture in weight is from 1:1 to 1:15. When treatment is completed, a liquid phase is separated and washed with water or water solution of bases for acid removal; further organic solvents are extracted and bitumen is produced. The produced bitumen is divided into wax and tar by any known method. The treated raw material represents a bitumen free product after removal of a residual solvent. ^ EFFECT: creation of effective method of solid combustion minerals (SCM) processing for production of bitumen and bitumen free SCM. ^ 5 cl, 8 ex |
