<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground relay terminal that improves efficiency in cable connection work, and an electric device. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution board 1 includes a plurality of branch breakers 6, each ground relay terminal 22, and each cable 15 having each load electric wire 16 connected to each branch breaker 6 and a grounding electric wire 17 connected to the ground relay terminal 22. The ground relay terminal 22 includes a ground bar 10 for grounding, which is arranged along a plurality of mutually-juxtaposed electric equipment, and an insert terminal 11 provided on the ground bar 10 oppositely to each branch breaker 6 so as to be connected with the grounding electric wire 17. The insert terminal 11 is connected with the grounding electric wire 17 by inserting it thereinto. The insert terminal has an electric-wire insertion port for allowing the grounding electric wire 17 to be inserted thereinto and an opening for protruding the tip of the grounding electric wire 17 to the outside.
