<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for the high frequency induction heat treatment of a wheel bearing device capable of finding any high fluctuation in a heat treatment condition before the heat treatment condition is equal to or more than the upper limit, or equal to or less than the lower limit of the predetermined quality standard. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for the high frequency induction heat treatment is equipped with measurement means 14, 15 and 16 for measuring the heat treatment condition for performing the high frequency induction heat treatment of an outer member or an inner member of the wheel bearing device and a monitoring means 17 for monitoring whether or not the measured value of the heat treatment condition is between the second upper limit set to be smaller than the first upper limit and the second lower limit set to be higher than the first lower limit, for determining the level of the quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
