PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a buffer member from being detached when combining two cases of housings after the buffer member is attached. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone 1, housings 2 and 4 are linked by a double-shaft hinge part 3 and these housings 2 and 4 can be relatively opened/closed and inverted by the double-shaft hinge part 3. For the housing 2, two cases 21 and 22 are assembled and an inner case 24 is provided within the housing 2. A projection 27 is provided on a side surface 26 of the inner case 24, a rib 29 is provided, on the case 22, at a position corresponding to the side surface 26, and a shaft hole 33 and a recess 34 are formed on an arm 32 of a buffer member 15. The projection 27 is inserted into the shaft hole 33 and the arm 32 is rotated. Thus, the rib 29 is fitted into the recess 34, and the arm 32 is held between the side surface 26 and the rib 29, wherein a head portion 31 of the buffer member 15 is arranged at a corner part 12 of the housing 2.
