PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message communication service providing method for transmitting a message by a plurality of mail addresses different from an actual mail address, and to provide a message communication server and a message communication program. SOLUTION: The message communication service providing method includes a step in which the message communication server 3 stores data for associating one or more alternative reception addresses for alternatively receiving a message transmitted from other terminal device with an actual address belonging to a service user terminal device in a database 34 and manages access for the alternative reception addresses, a step for storing a message transmitted from the other terminal device by an alternative reception address, and a step for notifying a service user terminal device of the number of alternatively received messages for each actual address in response to a request from the service user terminal device or periodically on the basis of the database 34.
