PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet roll capable of surely releasing a light releasing layer from an adhesive layer, in advance of releasing a heavy releasing layer from the adhesive layer, and to provide a double sided releasing sheet capable of being formed into such an adhesive rolled sheet. SOLUTION: The double sided releasing sheet 10 comprises a substrate 11, a light releasing layer 12 formed on one side of the substrate 11, and the heavy releasing layer 13 having a larger releasing force than that of the light releasing layer 12 formed on the other side of the substrate 11, and has many protrusions 14a on one face or both faces. The adhesive sheet roll 1 comprises the double sided releasing sheet 10 and an adhesive sheet 1a comprised of an adhesive layer 20 formed on an opposite face of the substrate 11 on the heavy releasing layer 13 of the double sided releasing sheet 10, and the adhesive sheet 1a is rolled.
