The fastener system, to lock wood components together and on a foundation, especially for outdoor floorboards and balcony/terrace coverings, has a vertical member (2) bonded to the floorboards and a horizontal member (3) bonded to the foundation. The vertical member has an elongated hole (6), parallel to the horizontal member, to take an inserted bolt with adjustable positioning. At least one strap (8) is on the opposite side to the horizontal member with at least one fastening hole (9). Both members have an L-shaped profile in cross section and are of metal or plastics.
