FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: in fast shutter comprising cover consisting of flange and caved-in bottom fitting, cover sealing elements, sectors for cover stopping, locking device of sectors, sector actuator in the from of pair "screw - nut", cover turning device, the sector locking device is made in the form of lever with mechanism for its motion control, cover turning device represents hinge on the body of which reducing gear is installed via coupling cage. The input shaft of this gear is connected with handwheel and output shaft is connected via rigid coupling with the shaft of turning device. On cylindrical surface of fitting the clamp is installed for initial cover pressing to sealing surfaces of fitting. The end of actuating screw from the side of connection with cover bottom is made spherical and pivotally installed on shutter cover bottom with possibility of its free end rocking relative to horizontal axis of shutter fitting during travel of stopping cover elements - sectors. ^ EFFECT: improving of equipment handling safety; simplicity and reliability of shutter design. ^ 3 cl, 6 dwg |
