<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processing steps, reduce a consumption current, and prevent occurrence of communication error. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus is characterized in that a microcontroller 4 controls the communication apparatus, increases a processing speed of the microcontroller 4 beyond the minimum number of processing cycles required for one pulse period within one cycle, investigates the levels of a synchronizing signal received from a master unit at a constant processing timing for every pulse to determine the processing timing, and ensures synchronization by inserting an extra one cycle when it determines that processing of the microcontroller 4 precedes the synchronizing signal, and by not inserting the extra cycle when it determines that the processing does not precede. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
