<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gray balance adjusting program capable of automatically and rapidly executing gray balance adjustment having stable quality, and to provide a recording medium and a gray balance adjusting method. <P>SOLUTION: An operation processing device is allowed to execute a monochromatic gradation characteristic adjusting step of adjusting a gamma correction parameter so that gradation characteristics of a plurality of monochromatic inks in an image processing device capable of expressing the colors not less than the number of monochromatic inks by varying a mixing ratio of a plurality of monochromatic inks can match the target gradation characteristics, and a gray balance adjusting step of adjusting the gamma correction parameter so that expressable gray color tone may match the target and the difference in density between the target and the plurality of monochromatic inks may be substantially the same by varying the mixing ratio of the plurality of monochromatic inks while using a measured value of an adjusting chart outputted on the basis of the adjusted gamma correction parameter and a density value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
