<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast/multicast service in a mobile communication network and to solve the problem of low efficiency in BCMCS data processing and the problem that dynamic multicast broadcast processing can not be carried out, in the mobile network. <P>SOLUTION: A communication controller according to the present invention includes: a network interface; and a control unit which, when request information is received which requests the establishment of the new multicast communication flow in the network interface, determines, on the basis of a communication quality parameter of another multicast communication flow already established with a base station and a communication quality parameter of the new multicast communication flow, whether the new multicast communication flow can be established with the base station through which the new multicast communication flow passes, and establishes the new multicast communication flow when the result of the determination for the base station through which the new multicast communication flow passes, is YES. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
