PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for avoiding simultaneous occurrence of the same trouble in a plurality of transmission switches as much as possible upon installation thereof. SOLUTION: A first neutral switch 50 and a second neutral switch 60 are installed on front and rear parts, specifically, a front end 35a and a rear end 35b of a control rod 35 with a gate mechanism 45 interposed therebetween to make environments around the neutral switches 50, 60 different from each other.
