PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an ink-jet recording head which ensures an excellent uniform ejection by preventing the adhesive from flowing into the nozzle area with carrying out a photo-curing and heat curing of an adhesive completely. SOLUTION: The ink-jet head manufacturing method includes a process of pasting together a nozzle plate with nozzle holes for discharging the ink and the channel member forming the pressure chamber with an adhesive which has both the photo-curing and heat curing nature with L/D of 2.0 or more when defining the distance of a channel member which forms a pressure chamber from the inlet port to the outlet port in the flow direction of ink as L and the inner diameter in the cross section of the channel member orthogonal to the ink flow direction as D, a process of curing the adhesive by radiating a light from the ink feeding side of the channel member, and a process of curing the adhesive by applying a heat-treatment.
