PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic laminated sheet that is formed by bonding a moisture permeable film onto an elastic nonwoven fabric and hardly causes the breakage of the moisture permeable film even in repeated expansions and contractions, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On both surfaces of an elastic fiber aggregate 21 there are arranged a first inelastic fiber layer 22 and a second inelastic fiber layer 23, which are substantially inelastic, and the inelastic fiber layers 22, 23 are bonded by heat fusion with the adjacent elastic fiber aggregate 21 to form an elastic nonwoven fabric 2. A moisture permeable film 3 is bonded over the whole surface on the first inelastic fiber layer 22 in the nonwoven fabric 2 to form the elastic laminated sheet 1. In this sheet the moisture permeable film 2, the first inelastic fiber layer 22, the elastic fiber aggregate 21 and the second inelastic fiber layer 23 has a wavelike shape as one body, and in the moisture permeable film 3 side and the second inelastic fiber layer 23 side there are formed parallel and plural, first concave lines 41 and second concave lines 42. In the first concave lines 41 the exterior surface of the moisture permeable film 3 is formed so as to become bent and concave to the base face 11, and in the second concave lines 42 the exterior surface of the second inelastic fiber layer 23 is formed smoothly concavely to the base face 12.
