<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device and a driving force distribution device, which can perform torque-transmission control more accurately than before, with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A detection means 40 for detecting an axial displacement D of a main cam is provided in a coupling 20. The driving force distribution device 12 is provided with a first current-command-value operation unit 67 for calculating a current command-value I* based on a torque command value T*, and a displacement-command-value operation unit 68 for calculating a displacement-command value D*. The driving force distribution device 12 is provided further with a correction-value operation unit 70 for calculating a correction-valueαbased on displacement deviation of displacement D from the displacement-command value D* so that the current-command value I* is corrected on the basis of the correction-valueα.
