<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid droplet ejection head which is designed to prevent deterioration of ejection characteristic caused by flushes produced on the entrance side of a droplet ejection port, and to provide the liquid droplet ejection head. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 20a for liquid droplet ejection is formed by irradiating a nozzle plate 2 with a laser beam. Then, a spot facing hole 20c having a diameter larger than that of the through-hole 20a is formed coaxially with the through-hole 20a by irradiating the nozzle plate 2 with the laser beam, thereby forming a nozzle 2a in the nozzle plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
