<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make formation of a light-emitting layer easy in a light-emitting device constituted by pinching the light-emitting layer of an organic membrane by an anode and a cathode. <P>SOLUTION: This is the light-emitting device constituted by pinching the light-emitting layer 10 of the organic membrane by a first electrode 20 to function as the anode and a second electrode 30 to function as the cathode. The first electrode 20 is formed to be a light-emitting unit, and a third electrode 40 of the same electrode as the second electrode 30 is mutually installed between the first electrodes 20, and the light-emitting layer 10 is continuously formed so as to cover the first electrode 20 and the third electrode 40.
