<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled device capable of improving effect of temperature control of an air conditioning device without manually controlling the air conditioning device by a dweller. <P>SOLUTION: This self-propelled device comprises a traveling means 3, an area detecting means 7 detecting a present traveling area, a communicating means 6 performing communication with the air conditioning device 2, a room temperature detecting means 8 detecting a temperature of a room, and a room temperature acquisition determining portion 9 determining whether the temperature information of the entire room is detected or not. When it is detected that the air conditioning device 2 is not operated for more than a predetermined stop determination time, the detection of temperature information of the entire room is started through the room temperature detecting means 8, and the detected temperature information and the traveling area information are transmitted to the air conditioning device 2. Thus the temperature control of an area of higher temperature or an area of lower temperature in comparison with the other area is adequately performed on the basis of the information acquired in starting the control of the air conditioning, and the effect of temperature control of the air conditioning device can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
