PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for automatically sensing the service quality of different connectivity technologies and configuring a system to use the best data link of the moment without user consciousness. SOLUTION: A first MAC address associated with a first link technology for performing on-going communication is related with a first IP address and when a link that becomes a migration destination is selected, a dynamic link module switches a MAC address dynamically linked to the first IP address under use from the first MAC address to a second MAC address relating to the selected link.
