METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LIQUEFIED GAS-MIXING TIMING IN ON SITE-SPRAYING TYPE FOAM MAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for controlling a liquefied gas-mixing timing, hardly causing problems wherein excessive feed or insufficient feed of carbon dioxide is sometimes caused because of the not synchronized feeding timing of the liquefied gas in a conventional spray foaming device in a site-spraying type using the liquefied gas such as carbon dioxide as a foaming agent. SOLUTION: The method for controlling the liquefied gas-mixing timing includes feeding two or more kinds of plastic foam raw materials to a spray gun G while mixing the liquefied gas with at least one thereof, detecting the ejecting operation of the spray gun G and mixing the liquefied gas so as to be synchronized with the detection when ejecting all of the raw materials in a pressurized state from the spray gun G while mixing them.
