PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque adding type steering device made non-bulky by miniaturizing a motor used even if simultaneously using steering angle superimposition and power steering. SOLUTION: A steering control device can vary the steered ratio being the ratio of a rotating speed of an output shaft to a steering wheel, and has the separate motors for respectively driving a sun gear and an internal gear, and has a timing belt and a gear for taking out only rotation of a planetary gear, and is constituted for transmitting the rotation of the planetary gear to the steering wheel.
