PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable hinge structure and a reliable cooker having a terminal for an electric appliance at a hinge part on an oscillation part side, and capable of effectively preventing interference of a conductive line with an oscillation shaft connected to the terminal. SOLUTION: A front guide part 51 located in the front and a rear guide part 52 located in the rear are disposed on a bottom plate of a body at different positions in the left/right direction of the cooker. A front projection part 21 corresponding to the front guide part 51 and a rear projection part 22 corresponding to the rear guide part 52 are disposed on the bottom 2f of a first tray 2 to project downward. The front projection part 21 and the rear projection part 22 are simultaneously slid on the front guide part 51 and the rear guide part 52 respectively, so that the first tray 2 is moved while changing the location in the vertical direction, but the posture of the first tray 2 parallel to the bottom plate is retained in the sliding movement.
