PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene-based rubber composition, in which, the balance of rolling resistance characteristic and wet grip characteristic is remarkably improved, as compared with that in the case of conventional oil extended rubber compositions and processability is also improved, when vulcanization treatment is applied to the composition to form a vulcanized rubber, and is improved also in strength properties and abrasion resistance and thus which is suitably used for a tread of a high-performance tire. SOLUTION: The conjugated diene-based rubber composition comprises a conjugated diene-based polymer to which at least one kind of low molecular weight compound selected from a low molecular weight having a secondary amino group in which three organic moieties-substituted silyl group is substituted with a hydrogen atom in the molecule, an organic group having an N atom which is not adjacent to the N atom and one or more alkoxysilyl groups, a low molecular weight compound having a secondary amino group obtained by elimination of three organic substances-substituted silyl group of the above compound by hydrolysis, organic group having an N atom which is not adjacent to the N atom and one or more alkoxysilyl group and a low molecular weight compound having two or more tert-amino groups and one or more alkoxysilyl group, and, a conjugated diene-based polymer having 300,000-2,000,000 weight average molecular weight expressed in terms of polystyrene, and being extended with a rubber processing oil.
