#CMT# #/CMT# The cartridge (01) has two side walls (05) connected by a base (03) and a rear wall (04), and a longitudinal side (09) opened to an ink duct roller. Grip elements (11) allow operation that is separate from an ink duct, and a locking device (12) retaining color in the cartridge is at the longitudinal side. The longitudinal side is formed by a front wall (08) connected with the base and arranged between the side walls. The front wall has an opening (07) closed by two independently operating stop valves. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Ink duct cartridge for an ink duct of a rotary printing press. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The longitudinal side is formed by the front wall connected with the base and arranged between the side walls, thus increasing the torsional stability of the ink duct cartridge, and hence improving the handling of the ink duct cartridge, and shortening the required time to change the cartridge. The front wall has the opening closed by two independently operating stop valves, thus manufacturing the stop valves, in a cost effective manner, which requires little space.
