A base band ultra-wideband wireless communication apparatus for WPAN and a method thereof are provided to generate MHP pulse having orthogonality and increase the multiple access capacity of a system including a pulse degrees-time mapping unit which allocates two-dimensional code. A time code generation unit(120) generates a randomized time code after the data bit of K multiple access people is modulated in binary phase signal. An MHP pulse generating unit(130) generates the MHP pulse having N orthogonality through differentiation. A mapping unit(140) maps the MHP pulse time-shifted with the time code and allocates the two-dimensional code to K multiple access users.
