A filter for rotating at a high speed is provided to reduce a maintenance cost of the filter without exchange of the filter or cleaning of the filter by removing contaminants collected in a washing solution by a centrifugal force and an inertial force, to be driven consecutively for a long time because a blockage of the filter nearly does not occur and to remove a toxic gas including a carbon dioxide included in a high temperature of exhaust gas, a sulfurous acid gas and a nitrogen dioxide. A filter for rotating at a high speed contains a body(60), a pan, a washing solution mixing unit and a washing solution storing unit. The contaminated air is sucked into the pan. The washing solution mixing unit sprays the washing solution to contaminated air. The washing solution storing unit stores a washing solution. A rotation structure is faced at the contaminated air flown into the body by the pan and has an air-passing property rotating at a speed higher than that of contaminated air. A cylindrical passage(20) surrounds a circumference of the rotation structure, separates the contaminated air and the cleaned air and is used as a path of the cleaned air. A rotation axis(30) is positioned in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical passage and rotates the rotation structure at a high speed. A power generation unit comprises a motor(50) which generating a high speed turning force to the rotation axis.
