A case for an electronic appliance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a camera lens unit and a flash unit at the same time while doubly shot injecting a light transmissive thin film injection layer, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process, reducing raw costs, and increasing productivity. A case body has a camera hole made of nontransparent material. The case body exposes the camera module to the outside. The case body is formed by shot injection molding. The case body is arranged inside a mold. Fused light transmissive resin is injected between a surface of the case body and the mold. The injected light transmissive resin is solidified and the light transmissive thin film injection layer of a hard property is molded in the surface of the case body by the double shot injection.
