A door lever module with a neutrality-holding structure is provided to maintain the neutral state of the lever with the restoring force of a torsion spring and ease the switching impact of the lever since a connection bush is prepared between the lever and the elastic return member. A door lever module comprises a fixing plate(10), a cover plate(20), and a lever(30). An elastic return member including a hollow rotating piece(41), a torsion spring(42), a hollow actuating piece(43) is installed on an installation groove(13) of the fixing plate. The lever switched to the forward direction with the external force is switched to the reverse direction with an elastic return member(40) and the neutral state is maintained. A connection bush(50) is prepared between the lever and elastic return member so that the deformation of the elastic return member and lever is prevented.
