<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is generally required that a mist hot water supply line and a mist water supply line are installed to reach a hot press control device installed on a ceiling of a bathroom. <P>SOLUTION: A mist temperature control means provided on a water heater side mixes beforehand hot water in a hot water storage tank 7 with water so that temperature detected by a mist temperature sensor 15 becomes desired one by controlling a mist mixing valve 13 and then, supplies the hot water to a mist terminal 2. Therefore, it is not required to install a mist temperature control means such as a mixing valve on the mist terminal 2 side, and only one mist hot water supply line is required as piping to the mist terminal 2.
