<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use, highly-manufacturable, and inexpensive semiconductor light-emitting device capable of optically correcting in response to an individual, improving a light-emitting efficiency, and improving a light distribution directionality in response to a uniformity and application of the light emission. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the semiconductor light-emitting device includes: a step S1 of mounting the semiconductor light-emitting element on a flat substrate; steps S3, S4 of forming the semiconductor light-emitting device by sequentially laminating at least phosphor layer and a covering resin layer so as to fill up the periphery of the semiconductor light-emitting element and quaquaversally cover it on the flat substrate; a step S5 of measuring the light-emission state of the formed semiconductor light-emitting device; and steps S6, S7 of forming the convex lens on a most surface of the covering resin layer in order to adjust the light-emission distribution on the basis of the measured result with the use of a droplet discharge device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
