<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving terminal which prevents interruption of viewing caused by download processing and channel scanning processing of broadcasting additional information and a recording impossible state and highly efficiently acquires the broadcasting additional information required for the receiving terminal at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving terminal for receiving broadcast waves to which the broadcasting additional information is added, is provided with: a multiple separation part which separates the broadcasting additional information added to the broadcast waves; a recording part which stores the broadcasting additional information separated by the multiple separation part; an information transmitting/receiving part which transmits/receives the broadcasting additional information with other broadcast receivers; and an information management part which updates the broadcasting additional information recorded in the recording part.
