<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify whether or not data recording is reliably performed at the time of setting a recording reservation in another information recording device on a network. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording device has a communication means communicating with an external device through a network, a recording reservation setting means preparing recording reservation information based on a recording reservation setting request received from the external device by the communication means, an information recording means recording video data or voice data based on recording reservation information prepared by the recording reservation setting means, a calculation means calculating remaining amount which the information recording means can record, and a recording reservation information transmission means transmitting the remaining amount calculated by the calculation means with the recording reservation information to the external device, as a response to a recording reservation information acquiring request received for acquiring the recording reservation information prepared by the recording reservation setting means received by the communication means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
