<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projector which is high in light usage efficiency, thereby suppressing stray light from a projection system to a photographic system. <P>SOLUTION: The image projector 1 is equipped with: a camera (photographing part) 3 for photographing an object 100; a polarizing beam splitter (polarized-light separating device) 4 which is arranged on the way of the optical path between the object 100 and the camera 3, reflects s-polarized light and transmits p-polarized light; a projector (projection part) 6 which projects color image light 6a where each basic color light of R light, G light and B light is the s-polarized light onto the object 100 through the polarizing beam splitter 4; and a light attenuation filter 8 which attenuates the transmitted light after passing through the polarizing beam splitter 4 of the image light 6a after entering the polarizing beam splitter 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
