PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guidance system for always guiding evacuees to the latest safe evacuation exit even when any evacuation guidance device is damaged when fire breaks out. SOLUTION: This evacuation guidance system installed in a building or underground passage is configured by associating a plurality of evacuation guidance devices, installed so as to be separated with predetermined intervals via a wireless LAN, and the evacuation guidance device is provided with, in addition to an evacuation guidance device part to be visually recognized; and a speaker for emitting a guidance voice and ID data for discriminating each evacuation guidance device from the other evacuation guidance devices and is configured, to automatically generate a route from the evacuation guidance device in the neighborhood of the outbreak of fire to the evacuation guidance device in the neighborhood of an evacuation exit, when a fire breaks out, and by conducting evacuation guidance to the evacuees by the Haas effects by setting a time difference between guidance voices to be emitted from the plurality of evacuation guidance devices arranged along the route toward the evacuation exit.
