摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetrating flow-down type reservoir facility capable of improving a capacity of drainage of stored rainwater to a sewer pipe network, and quickly recovering the storage capacity. SOLUTION: The penetrating flow-down type reservoir facility 1 comprises an initial treatment tank 6 which can store the rainwater flowing down from the ground surface and communicates with a sewer pipe 24 communicating with the sewer pipe network, a reservoir 8 into which the rainwater overflowing from the initial treatment tank 6 flows, and a reservoir-side movement allowing means 32 allowing the rainwater to move from the reservoir 8 to the initial treatment tank 6 and restricting the movement of the rainwater from the initial treatment tank 6 to the reservoir 8. Each bottom of the initial treatment tank 6 and the reservoir 8 has an initial-treatment-tank-side penetration part 18 and a reservoir-side penetration part 30 by which liquid in the tanks can penetrate a surface soil layer 2. The reservoir-side movement allowing means 32 is constituted to allow the rainwater to move from the reservoir 8 to the initial treatment tank 6 when a water level in the reservoir 8 is higher than that in the initial treatment tank 6.
