PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platform device of a parking apparatus having a platform floor moved from a predetermined storage place onto a lift and used as a scaffold during the inspection operation. SOLUTION: This platform device 10 of a parking apparatus comprises: a parking rack 3 onto which a loaded vehicle is stored; and the lift 7 lifting in a hoistway 5 and delivering the vehicle with the parking rack 3. The platform device further comprises two or more horizontal platform floor loading rails 11 arranged on the lower part or upper part of the parking rack 3; a the platform floor 13 having wheels 13a placed on the platform floor loading rail 11; and two or more horizontal mounting rails 15 detachable from the lift 7. When the lift is so lifted that the mounting rail mounted on the lift and the platform floor loading rail are positioned at the same height, the mounting rail is positioned on the extension of the platform floor loading rail.
