PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition utilizing the reaction of a 5-membered carbonate group with an amino group, and exhibiting practical cured film strength. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) a compound having one or more 5-membered carbonate groups represented by general formula (1) [wherein, X is a residue of the compound (A)] in the molecule, and (B) an aminosilane compound having one or more primary amino groups and a crosslinkable reactive silicon group in the molecule.
