PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol-spraying agent capable of maintaining a high refreshing feeling over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This aerosol-spraying agent comprises a stock solution containing (A) ethanol and/or isopropopanol, (B) menthol, (C) a cool feeling agent other than the menthol, (D) a non-volatile silicone and (E) one or more kinds of perfumery components selected from the group consisting of linalol, geraniol, hydroxycitronellal and eucaliptol, and not essentially containing water, and a propellant.
