PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-polyamide resin composition which is capable of operating for a long period of time, is excellent in productivity and has a stable quality, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This composition comprising a polyolefin matrix and fine polyamide fibers dispersed in the matrix is formed by putting a polyolefin, a polyamide and an ionomer simultaneously into a biaxial extruder 1 without using an organic peroxide compound which is a cause of gel formation in the production process, kneading and extruding, drawing an extruded material 4 from a spinneret nozzle 3 and taking up or sheeting while imposing a draft.
